This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Your browser never contacts a third party: fonts, images and the product video are all served from this domain. The one exception runs on our server, not your browser — see §5. Nothing you do here is tracked, profiled or sold. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

02What this site is
digitalxbunker.com is a static website. There is no account system, no contact form, no comments, no payment processing and no login. The interactive elements — the main menu, a comparison slider, a video player, the devlogs filters and the documentation search — all run entirely in your browser without sending anything anywhere. The devlogs page additionally asks our own server, in the background, whether a newer episode exists than the one already on the page — see §5.
03Data processed when you visit
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver a page, Cloudflare necessarily processes connection data — your IP address, the time of the request, the URL requested, the referring page, and your browser's user-agent string — and retains it briefly in server logs for delivery, security and abuse prevention. This is the ordinary technical minimum required to serve a website, and the legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and securing it, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We do not receive, store or analyse a per-visitor record of this. We do not use Cloudflare Web Analytics or any other analytics product on this site. Any traffic figures we look at are aggregate counts produced by the hosting platform, not individual browsing histories.
04Cookies and local storage
None. This site sets no cookies of any kind — not essential, not functional, not analytical — and stores nothing in your browser's local storage. Because no non-essential data is stored on or read from your device, no consent under § 25 TDDDG is required.
05Fonts, images, video and the devlogs list
Web fonts are self-hosted on this domain rather than loaded from Google Fonts or any other font CDN, so no request and no IP address is passed to a font provider. Images are served from this domain. The product video is a plain HTML5 video file hosted here — it is not a YouTube or Vimeo embed, it loads nothing until you press play, and pressing play contacts no one but this site.
The devlogs page is the one exception to "nothing beyond this domain," and it is worth being precise about what it actually means. Your browser still contacts only digitalxbunker.com — but loading that page can cause our server, in the background, to check the studio's own YouTube channel for an episode published since this page was last built, so a new one can appear without us manually rebuilding the site. That check runs between our server and our own automation service; it carries no data about you or your visit, only a request for the studio's own public video list, and your browser is never a party to it. See §7 for who is involved.
06If you email us
Contacting digitalxbunker@gmail.com is voluntary. Your email address and whatever you write are processed for the sole purpose of answering you, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your message concerns a contract or pre-contractual step, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f). That address is a Gmail account, so Google Ireland Limited processes the message as our email provider. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with the matter and to meet any statutory retention obligation, then deleted.
07Processors and transfers
Cloudflare, Inc. as hosting provider; Google Ireland Limited as email provider for the contact address; and, for the devlogs-refresh check described in §5, our own automation service, which in turn reads public upload information from the studio's YouTube channel via Google's YouTube Data API. None of these three ever receives anything about a visitor to this site — the devlogs check carries no visitor data at all, only a request for the studio's own public video list. All three may process data outside the EU/EEA; those transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, for US recipients, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We share data with no one else, and we do not sell, rent or trade personal data.
08Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability (Art. 15–21 GDPR). To exercise any of these, email digitalxbunker@gmail.com. In practice a static site holds almost nothing about you, so the most likely subject of such a request is email correspondence.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For this controller that is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Ansbach, Germany.
09Children
This site is aimed at software and game developers. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
10Changes
If this site ever gains a feature that processes more data — a shop, an account, an analytics tool — this page will be updated before that feature goes live, not after. Last updated: October 2026.
